CHICKEN KIEV 
2 chicken breasts, split (4 half breasts)
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dip chicken in melted butter then into bread crumb mixture. Put leftover butter in sauce. Place skin side up in ungreased 9 inch baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until brown and tender. Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Bake another 5 minutes until sauce is hot.
