MY BEST PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) jar smooth peanut butter

Dissolve brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar with milk. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Stir in cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. Take immediately from stove and beat well. Add vanilla and peanut butter.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
