EASY 3-2-1 PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
As easy as 3, 2, 1!

3 (1 lb. ea.) boxes confectioners' sugar (Domino)
2 lb. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 lb. (4 sticks) butter

In large bowl mix confectioners' sugar and peanut butter until crumbly then set aside.

Melt butter then pour in center of peanut butter. Mix well.

Pat mixture on cookie sheet and cover with waxed paper. Cool to harden.

Cut into 1-inch pieces. Store in an airtight container and keep in refrigerator.

Makes 6 pounds.
