VEAL MARSALA 
Veal cubes
12 oz. white wine
Oregano
Parsley
Brown mushroom gravy
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Brown veal in oil after sprinkling with garlic powder. Put back in pan. Season with oregano and parsley; add wine and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low flame. Add salt, pepper and gravy; cook for additional 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
