VEAL MARSALA 
Veal cutlets
2-3 tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon
1/2 c. white wine
Mozzarella cheese

Dust veal with flour. Fry in butter. Put veal aside.

Take 2-3 tablespoons butter in fry pan, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup water and bouillon cube and simmer over low heat. Add wine. Heat a little more. Lay veal in baking dish. Pour sauce over it. Put Mozzarella cheese on each cutlet. Cook in moderate oven until cheese melts.
