SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Paprika
2 c. shrimp, cut up
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. minced onion
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 c. cooked rice

Spray casserole dish with Pam. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Put into the casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
