TURKEY WITH SNOW PEA PODS 
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. snow peas
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 lb. turkey pieces
Prepared rice as directed on box

In a skillet over low flame, put cooking oil and add garlic. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add snow peas and water chestnuts, stir fry 1 minute. Remove the above mixture from skillet, set aside. Stir fry turkey for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables to meat in skillet over very low flame. Mix the following: 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. water 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix until lumps are gone. Add liquid to vegetables and meat in skillet. Increase flame under skillet and bring to a boil. Add water, if there is not enough gravy or sauce on mixture. When everything is hot through, serve over prepared rice.
