POTATO SOUP 
2 strips bacon
3 big onions, chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) bottle of soup greens
1 Knorr beef broth cube
12 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tsp. sugar
5 lg. potatoes, peeled & cubed

Cut bacon into thin strips. Brown in large frying pan. Take out bacon, add onions to bacon fat, brown onions. Add soup greens and flour, stir a couple of times, add a little water. Put into a large pot. Add 12 cups of water and potatoes. Add 1 cube of Knorr beef broth and let cook for 1 hour on low heat. Add bacon strips and seasoned pepper while cooking. Strain soup into another pot. Mash potatoes and soup greens, you can use a hand mixer. Return soup to mashed potatoes, add sugar and more seasoned pepper if needed.
