PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (24 oz.) pkg. O'Brian potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown pork chops in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with season salt. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix into potatoes, add 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup fried onion. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan with pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, covered. Top well with remaining cheese and fried onions. Makes 6 servings.
