BAKED PORK CHOPS - POTATOES 
6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Peel and slice potatoes. Cook until tender (salt and pepper to taste). Drain and add butter; let melt. Set aside. Lightly brown pork chops on both sides. Line the bottom of casserole dish with pork chops. Layer potatoes on top. Spoon "thick" soup on top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
