PORK CHOP POTATO BAKE 
6 c. peeled white potatoes, sliced thin
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1 1/2 c. condensed celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans boiling water
Seasoning

Combine potatoes and onions in oiled low 2 quart baking dish. Mix celery soup and water and pour over into the vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour in moderate oven at 350 degrees. In the meantime, remove excess fat from pork chops, season. Partly brown. Place atop the potatoes and bake, uncovered 30 minutes more.
