SPICY PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. finely chopped raisins

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat and add zucchini and pineapple, flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add walnuts and raisins. Bake in 2 (8 1/2" x 4 1/2") pans, greased and floured for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
