SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 to 1 1/2 c. Ritz style crackers, crushed
1 lb. med. size shrimp, cleaned and shelled

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, and sherry. Add cracker crumbs and toss. Place shrimp in baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 8. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: May also be made as main course to serve 4.
