TURKETTE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. spaghetti, uncooked
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
1/4 c. pimiento
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. turkey broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. sharp grated cheese

Break spaghetti, cook and drain. Place chopped turkey, pimiento, green pepper and onion in a 9"x13"x2" Pyrex baking dish. Pour in soup, broth, salt and pepper. Add half of cheese and cooked spaghetti. Mix until well blended, sprinkle rest of cheese over top. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This casserole freezes well. After it cools cut into serving sizes, wrap and freeze.
