COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, and salt. Gently shape into 1-inch balls, melt shortening, and add balls and brown.

SAUCE:

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (24 oz.) bottles chili sauce
2 jars grape jelly

Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly, until jelly melts. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Put in a crockpot and serve. Put crockpot on low heat.
