STRAWBERRY ICE (GRANITE) 
2 c. strawberry puree
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve sugar in water over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Cool. Combine with puree and lemon juice. Place bowl in freezer. Stir every 30 minutes until mixture is frozen but slushy. Transfer to a covered container and freeze until needed.
