STRAWBERRY ICE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
8 c. strawberries
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. orange juice

Combine sugar and water in medium saucepan. Heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Then boil 5 minutes. Cool. Put berries in blender or food processor. Blend berries and lemon and orange juice in syrup. Pour into freezer tray and freeze. Remove 20 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
