LAYERED ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

3 c. Post Grape-nut flakes, slightly crushed
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Strawberries

Mix cereal with sugar and butter and mix lightly. Press firmly into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or lightly browned. Cool completely.

Spread orange sherbet evenly in crust. Blend vanilla ice cream, lemon juice, and rind. Spread over sherbet layer. Freeze at least 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with strawberries.
