SPEEDY LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 or 2 lbs. ground meat or turkey
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu or your favorite spaghetti sauce

Boil noodles 10 minutes in 6 quarts of salted water. Add cold water until noodles can be handled. Do not drain. Mix egg and cottage cheese; season to taste.

Grease a 13"x9"x2" pan and arrange bottom with parallel layers of noodles. Cover with Ragu sauce, cottage cheese mix and slices of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
