THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. drained pickle relish
Dash salt
2 coarsely chopped hard cooked eggs
A little finely chopped onion (opt.)
A little finely chopped celery (opt.)

Mix all together in order given. Makes 2 cups. Store in container with lid in refrigerator. Serve over crisp lettuce wedges. Great homemade taste.
