1 sm. jar mayonnaise
1 bottle chili sauce
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together, using the vinegar to rinse the chili sauce jar and the mayonnaise jar.
