1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until well mixed. Refrigerate before using.
