GREEN TOMATO MINCEMEAT 
6 lg. green tomatoes
2 lbs. tart apples
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. strong coffee
1 lemon, grated, peel & juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Core and quarter tomatoes and apples. Put through food chopper with raisins; combine all ingredients in large pan. Simmer 2 hours, stirring often. Pack at once in hot pint jars. Adjust lids process in boiling water bath (212 degrees) 25 minutes. Remove from canner and complete seal. Makes good pie also!
