1 c. skim milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Miniature marshmallows (optional)

In microwave safe mug or cup, beat milk, sugar and cocoa until well combined. Microwave on high 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Stir and serve immediately. Top with marshmallows, if desired.
