CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW SAUCE 
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. hot water
8 lg. marshmallows or 1/2 c. miniatures
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in heavy bottom saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and continue stirring until chocolate is completely dissolved and mixture thickens. Serve hot or at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.
