CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. After it has melted, remove from fire. Add sugar, salt, cocoa and cream, stirring all the time. Put back in double boiler and cook until smooth and thick. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
