CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly and almost boils. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Yield: 2 pints.
