HOT CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
1.2 c, butter
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. white sugar

Melt butter with chocolate in double boiler. To thin, stir sugar in gradually. This becomes very thick and dry, but sugar is completely moistened. Slowly stir in 1 tall can of Carnation evaporated milk. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix well and serve hot or cold over ice cream or cake. May be stored in refrigerator and reheated. Makes 3 cups.
