3 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 stick butter
Pinch of salt

Melt in double boiler the above.

3 c. white sugar

Gradually add to chocolate mixture, stirring all the time. Then add 1 tall can evaporated milk all at once. Cook until well blended and creamy. Cool and refrigerate, use as needed. Great reheated in microwave.
