EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 carrots, cut into chunks
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. tomato or V-8 juice

Layer ingredients in order in 9"x13" pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. No need to stir. Serve with buttered noodles or potatoes
