3 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. Sloppy Joe mix
1 lg. sweet onion
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. water

Place chuck roast in 2 layers of heavy foil. Squeeze lemon, mix with water and pour over meat. Sprinkle Sloppy Joe mix on top. Cut onion into thick slices and place on roast. Wrap foil loosely around meat. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 hours or until tender. Make gravy if desired.
