CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites, beaten
20 saltine crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. dates, cut up

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar. Mix in crackers, dates and pecans and pour into buttered pie pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
