PECAN TARTS 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
Pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. egg
Dash of salt

Cream butter and cheese; add flour. Blend, shape into small tart pans like crust. Mix egg, brown sugar and salt; spoon into tart crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 24 tarts.
