GERTE'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. Acini de Pepe (a very thin macaroni product)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
3/4.c sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
12 oz. container Cool WHIp

Cook juice of canned fruit with sugar and flour. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Cook until very thick. Cook macaroni until tender, drain and put cold water over to cool quickly. Drain again and add cooked juices to macaroni. Mix and Refrigerate overnight. In A.M. add the fruit and Cool Whip. Can also be served as a dessert.
