FLUFFY MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. water
16 lg. marshmallows, quartered

Combine egg whites, sugar, syrup and water in top of double boiler; beat 1 minute at high speed of electric mixer. Place over boiling water and beat at high speed 7 minutes. Remove from heat; transfer to a large bowl. Add marshmallows; beat until spreading consistency. Enough for one 3 layer cake.
