FLUFFY MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 marshmallows, diced
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows and vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating constantly with electric or rotary beater until mixture stands in peaks.

Add 6 marshmallows, diced. Beat until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
