FISH SUPREME 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fish (steaks or fillets)
1/2 c. French salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can French fried onions, dry
1/4 c. grated cheese

Place fish steaks or fillets in shallow dish. Combine French dressing, lemon juice and salt. Pour over fish. Let stand 1/2 hour. Place fish in oblong baking dish. Cover with cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
