FRIED FISH SAMIK MIQLEE | |
2 lb. haddock, washed and cut into 4 inch pieces 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. oil Rub mixture all over fish and then let fish set in marinade for 2 hours. 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt Coat fish with flour mixture thoroughly. Fry in deep oil skin side down, then turn until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges on the side. |
