LAZY MEATBALLS (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, blanched
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. water

Form ground beef to make approximately 16 meatballs. Place around the sides of a 11x7x2 glass baking dish. Place celery and peas in the center of the baking dish. Cover and cook in microwave on MEDIUM 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.

Pour off drippings. Sprinkle salt, thyme, and pepper over meat. Combine soup and water; add to meat and stir to combine. Cook, covered, on MEDIUM 7 minutes, stirring once. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
