APRICOT SALAD 
2 lg. pkg. apricot gelatin
3 c. boiling water
3 c. cold water
2 c. small marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 sm. pkg. whipped Dream Whip
4 lg. bananas, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Add boiling water to gelatin until dissolved. Add cold water. When slightly thickened add bananas, pineapple and oranges. Let set until firm. Cook together eggs (slightly beaten) pineapple juice, sugar, flour and butter. Stir until thick. Remove from stove and add cream cheese. Beat with mixer until well blended. Let cool. Fold in Dream Whip. Drop marshmallows over salad then spread topping.
