PORK BONES & SAUERKRAUT 
2 pkgs. pork bones
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pam spray

Brown pork bones in Pam spray. Drain excess grease. Add chopped onion, saute. Wash sauerkraut, add to pork. Add 1 1/2 cups water, caraway seed and seasoning. Cover and cook on medium heat for at least 1 1/2 hours or until pork is well done. You may add water as needed. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and applesauce.
