SAUERKRAUT PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 sm. can sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. sugar

Place chops in casserole dish. Cover with sauerkraut. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the sauerkraut. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until chops are done.
