STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. whipped topping OR
1 med. carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees (will be bubbly). Cool. Cream softened cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Fold cheese mixture into prepared whipped topping or Cool Whip. Add marshmallows. Spread over baked crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until thickened then spread over creamed layer. Chill.

This is best if prepared a day in advance.
