MAGIC BUFFALO WINGS | |
Gather 'round, mortals, for these wings are no mere fowl. They are imbued with a fiery enchantment, transforming ordinary chicken into a taste sensation that will leave you spellbound. Prepare to be amazed! 3 lb. chicken wings (cut at joint, tips removed) 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot original cayenne pepper sauce 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter Note: If using frozen "party" wings, defrost first for best results. First, heat your cauldron, I mean, deep fryer, to 375°F. Now, carefully lower your chicken wings into the bubbling oil, ensuring they are fully submerged. Fry them until they achieve a glorious golden brown hue, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove them from the cauldron, I mean, fryer, and allow them to rest on a wire rack, draining any excess oil. Now, for the enchantment! In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the FRANK'S® RedHot sauce. As the sauce simmers, it will thicken and take on an alluring reddish-orange glow. Finally, add your fried wings to a large bowl and pour the fiery sauce over them, ensuring each wing is generously coated. Toss them gently, allowing the sauce to penetrate every nook and cranny. Serve immediately, and prepare for the magic to take hold! Submitted by: Jen |
