BRUNCH EGGS 
6-8 slices day old bread
2 c. cooked ham or fried bacon
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. flour
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder

Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix flour with cheese. Mix in ham or bacon. Pour over bread. Beat eggs in milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese mixture. Make up the night before and store covered in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
