4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter softened
4 oz. coconut

Mix all ingredients together. 1 large or 2 small pies. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes its own crust.
