CORNELL BARBECUE 
For up to 3 chickens.

3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. white or black pepper

Beat eggs, add oil and beat again. Mix vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper and beat into egg/oil mixture. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with marinade overnight or at least for 3 to 4 hours. Cook on charcoal grill for 45 minutes. Use marinate to baste chicken while cooking.
