1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 egg (use 1 egg even if doubling recipe)

Beat egg. Add oil and beat again. Add other ingredients and stir. Baste over chicken while cooking.
