TOFU BURGERS 
30 grams tofu
6 tbsp. grated carrots
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Drain and squeeze tofu in cheese cloth until dry. Combine all ingredients. Knead 3 minutes. When dough is smooth shape into eight patties, 3 inches in diameter. Fry and serve with gravy.
