HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. canned tomato juice
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs

GLAZE:

Boil 1 minute: 2 tsp. mustard 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water

Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting with glaze every 15 minutes.
